We offer a variety of different rates depending on the nature of your project, how long the work will take, and the size of your organisation or business.

If you’re a small charity or a start-up working for social good, we’ve been in your position and understand your constraints! We will always aim to fit with your budget and timings, and offer the best service we can within your parameters.

After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

As most of our clients are based outside of the UK, we do not charge VAT.

We work with clients all over the world, and we will work to your timezone and fit in with the needs of you and your team.

So far, we’ve worked with clients across the United States, Canada, Brazil, India, Kenya, Italy, Nepal, and Australia, as well as the UK. We’ve also worked with our clients’ partners, who have been based across every continent.

While we work in English, most of our clients have required us to deliver their projects in multiple languages - most often these are Arabic, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.

This includes building websites, social media and outreach campaigns, and publications - so we have a lot of experience in design and transposition for left-to-right and right-to-left languages, across different platforms.

We’re also experienced in editing translated content originally written in a language other than English, and we can proof French and Spanish translations of human-rights language.

We can work with your translators, or offer you access to our own network of translators if required.

We will always be open and honest with you, and we’re straightforward and transparent in our proposals and our working processes.

We believe in close collaboration with our partners, but we also recognise that if you’re hiring a consultant, you’re probably tight on time and capacity! Once you engage us, we will start the process by providing you with a list of any information or assets we need prior to a kick-off meeting, so that we can get going as quickly as possible, and stick to your check-in and approval schedule.
